A virtual assistant is somebody who helps entrepreneurs, bloggers on a wide range of tasks remotely to keep the business running smoothly.

How Much Money Can You Make as a Virtual Assistant?

Certain VA skills are also in higher demand therefore you can charge more. According to an online survey by BestofBudgets, these are the top price tag VA skills in 2019:

  • Social media management

In 2021, Gina launched her new Fully Booked Virtual Assistant System – a subscription service that takes away the guesswork and guides you to go from having no-clue to be fully booked freelance VA.

The Fully Booked VA System takes a 2 phase approach:

  • Phase 1 – VA foundations
  • Phase 2 – Specialisation tracks

In phase 1, you will complete the VA foundations course in an environment that has peer to peer support, weekly office hour and additional training.  At the end of the phase, you will earn your certification by passing a final exam and unlock access to all the resources to grow your VA business.

Entering phase 2 – you will gain client leads from over 500 biz owners who are looking to hire graduates from this program. You will also gain access to the more niche-specific courses to help you hone the skills. (Remember, the more niche skills you have, the higher rate you can charge).

As part of the subscription service, you are part of a supportive VA community #FBVA that is always there to help you along the way.

After Taking the Course You Will Be Able To…

So upon taking the 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success, you will be able to:

  • Launch your VA business by identifying which skills you can offer as a VA and honing in your service offerings, and writing your resume.
  • Make money as a VA by setting your rates, pricing the offering packages, and learn the basic business management.
  • Pitch to different clients using the templates from the course.
  • Interview and get hired with confidence.
  • Learn how to draft contracts, take on new clients, and part ways with the ones that are no longer a fit.
  • Build an effective ongoing relationship with your clients.

How much does it cost?

The 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success is priced at $199/month with a 3-months payment plan or $498 with one-time payment (save $99).

2021 Update: 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success is now part of Fully Booked Virtual Assistant System Service.

The membership cost $199/month or $1,194/year (with 50% saving).

At $99/month (if you pay the yearly membership), while it seems to be a big investment, this secures a pool of clients that would cost you time and money to find otherwise.

The earning potential is between $200-$2000 per month, which can easily pay for the investment (even for the whole year!)

What are the Pros and Cons?

No course or program is PERFECT, the same goes for the 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success (Fully Booked VA Program)

Here is some honest feedback from previous graduates:

Pros

  • It is created by someone who has been there and done that (successfully).
  • The step by step approach makes it super easy to follow.
  • It takes the guesswork out of your hand when starting a new VA career.
  • You can literately take what you learn today and go to work tomorrow.
  • It teaches you the business side of things. (unlike many other VA courses out there)
  • You also learn how to pitch for VA work and actually land gigs. (This is really valuable)
  • The course continues to update the content, and you have life-long access to it.

Cons

  • The course is not cheap. Not everyone can afford it.
  • It doesn’t go in-depth to teach you how to be a specialist VA. For specialist, courses check out these courses. (Update: This is no longer the case with the Fully Booked VA Program. In Phase 2, you will be able to specialise)
  • It requires real work and time.
  • It won’t give you overnight success.

Is Fully Booked Virtual Assistant Refundable?

Yes.

The Fully Booked VA System offer a full-week risk free policy. If you don’t like what you see within a week, you can ask for your money back.

However, by taking the final exam within the first 7 days will make the refund clause null0and void.

My Final Thoughts:

    Hello,

I was reading your post and I have to say it is very well written and the graphics are great.  Are you an affiliate of the VA Success or did you sign up for their program and have had great success with it and simply sharing with others?

    it was a good read.

    Katrina

    1. Chloe

Thank you Katrina. I am an affiliate with the course only because I know many of my friends who took it and had amazing success.

Hi Chloe – This is an interesting opportunity.  The world and the way we do things are really changing—fast!  I am wondering how the communication between the VA assistant and the customer works?  Is it by email or text?  Also since the hours are flexible, is it strictly freelance between several customers?

    1. Chloe

The communication between a VA and clients is mostly through emails, texts, calls and/or video. You can pick the clients based on your the hours that work for you.

Hello, I am new to the whole Virtual Assistant opportunity thing. Is it a customer service opportunity where you man a call centre working from home? From my understanding, you are offering a course that should kickstart another revenue stream? Do you already have a pool of clients like fiverr?

    1. Chloe

      Great question.

Virtual assistants are very different from customer service jobs in a way that the VA usually works for smaller business and individual entrepreneur. Customer service job in a call centre are usually for large companies.

As a VA, you are likely to be the ONLY person who does a specific range of tasks, whereas there will be many people perform the SAME job as customer service for the same company.

As a customer service role, you are usually given a script and a fault tree to follow when it comes to answering queries with customers, whereas there is no script nor instructions as a VA. Especially the niche VAs are highly skilled.

Fiverr, Upwork are great places to start your freelance VA business.

This course doesn’t sound too bad, but you’re right, the price tag is pretty hefty, that’s what put me off of checking the course out even if there is a free trial. I find that I am very suspicious when it comes to seeing a huge price tag like that, no matter if it is legit or not.

I think the downside to this for me would be having to search for clients, it sounds like you’re still working for someone and that is something that I’m trying to get away from right now. Have you tried this yourself? If I started the freebie, would it cut me off from learning any of the “real” stuff?

Through my experiences, I found that even if there is a free trial for anything, they always cut you off and limit a bunch of the useful things in order to get you to buy into it. I mean I get that, but leaving some of the stuff that will get you actual results has a higher chance of getting someone to spend their money on it in my opinion, rather than just a glorified introduction to what the course is supposed to be all about.

    1. Chloe

Gina’s course is really one of the best on the market as far as VA goes, I wouldn’t ever recommend if it doesn’t stand up the promise. I know many graduates who are successful after taking the course.

As for me, with a full-time job, a side hustle and a mama of 2 little ones, I will be crazy to take on another job. But honestly, I truly think VA is a great work from home opportunity especially the demand going up.

With the min-course, it is usually sold for $99, that Gina is offering for FREE with a limited time during the lockdown. Of course, you won’t learn everything, but value-packed, even just the 150+ service worksheet alone.

      Hope that answers your question.

Hello there, nice review you have there.

In this pandemic any online business that can give one passive income is what we are looking for. The training on becoming a virtual assistant sound lucrative. But the program is quite expensive. Even if you want to try, after much spending you don’t get to be a professional. Apart from this, it is a good opportunity. Thanks

    1. Chloe

There is something online to make money for everyone. If you are looking for passive income, VA might not be the right choice. The course is certainly an investment, but most students made it back pretty quickly.
